| Supplier Search | |  | We provide quotes from three differernt suppliers for each type of service required.
These include; Dj's and Bands, Florists, Photographers, Wedding Cake Designers and Bakers, Marquee Suppliers, General Catering such as Buffets, Bars and Waiting staff.
But the list is individual to you and could be anything you require. |

| Wedding and Event Venue Search | | | After we have the first consultation we source three venues for you.
We also enquire if your date is free, hold this if needed and get initial quotes.
Once you receive these, if any are of interest we can organise visits at a time convenient to you.
Once you decide on a venue we will organise a contract for you to sign or continue to search for a more suitbale venue if required. |

| The Final Details | | | If you want to arrange everything yourself but need support in the final stages to bring everything together, we can help.
We meet with you 6 to 8 weeks before the event to discuss everything you have planned for the big day.
This allows you to control all aspects of your event planning, handing over the details to us at a later stage so you can sit back and relax on the run up to your event.
We coordinate the final details, confirming with suppliers, chasing outstanding Rsvp's and many more things.
If you would like to continue to relaxing then also hire us to be there on the day. |

| Yours for a Day | | | This service is aimed at those who have done all the planning themselves but want someone there to ensure that everything runs smoothly and deal with any problems that may arise. Leaving you to relax and enjoy the day.
We like to meet with you about 2 months prior to the event date to discuss all your suppliers and identify any items that need completion. We check and confirm with all your suppliers and the venue.
At this point we also help finalise your guest list including following up any outstanding Rsvp's.
On the day of the event we supervise the set up and check that every detail is in place before the event starts.
We will work to ensure it is a smooth and enjoyable process from start to finish. |

Perhaps you need a wedding planner to perform a couple of duties or to accompany you to meet a supplier. Working with you a wedding planner can have a large seating and table plan completed in less than three hours. |
